TownePlace Suites by Marriott Port St. Lucie I-95

It was great until cleaning staff stole an item from me. I exhausted every other option of search before ultimately realizing what actually happened to it.

We loved the hotel, the location, and the room. Gave it a 1 star for room because of the BED BUGS. I'm absolutely miserable and praying nothing came home with me. It's a shame because we were very impressed with the room! Rooms: Had bed bugs but otherwise was spacious and well-appointed. Food & drinks: Breakfast and coffee were great!

The hotel is very nice but bad customer service, staff needs to explain to the customer a little more when checking in. Ashley the general manager is very rude and ghetto and on the phone telling me do whatever that's not how you speak to a customer, without our service Ashley will be unemployed. please be careful who you hire to manager your establishment. first time travel to the Marriot from New York , worst experience from a large name like Marriot I will never return to your place of business with those type of staff you hired. Thank you Rooms: nice rooms nasty Management all around.

This is my 3rd hotel since coming into town a week ago. Upon checking in, I went and inspected the room before lugging my belongings in. Looks like I will be staying here for the duration of stay here in town.
