Extremely disappointed. Dont think he even knew my name, what I did for a living or what my home life was like. Very dismissive. So heartbreaking. Was given a good review by a friend was excited even if I had to wait hours to see him. Left heartbroken

Dr. Siperstein is one of the most caring Doctors I have met in my life. He treats you with respect and kindness. He will speak to you at length for any questions or concerns you may have. My husband and I have been patients for over 10 years!

I love Dr. Siperstein, and I have been highly recommending him to others! I have also always loved the staff. However, lately, I have to be honest and say that I have been having issues with the office staff, which is the complete opposite of when I first started there. I have had 2 run-ins with them in the last week. When I left the doctor's exam room and was checking out, the doctor had quoted me a price that I was going to pay for the medication that he was ordering for me. The office person said, "No, that's not right," and charged me a price that was much higher. So I argued with her telling her that the doctor did not tell me it was going to be so expensive, and asked her to please check with him. He was standing in the hallway. I could see him. She wouldn't. He also said that when the medication came in, he would show me how to use it. When the office worker called me (the same one), she told me that the medication came in and that I could pick it that afternoon or the next day. I told her that the doctor said that he was going to show me how to use it. She said, What do you think he's going to stop and interrupt his day and get his schedule all backed up? There are directions inside. Honestly, as good as a doctor is, if you can't get in to talk to him, what good is he?
