        I just left Natives. I stood at the counter for approximately 3mins before I was even acknowledged. There was a lady in the kitchen that I know saw me through the square window and said nothing. A young lady then came out to serve me. I gave 2 because she was kind. The smoothie was just ok. They need to work on their customer service skills.

        Ive been back 4 times since my first review. Unfortunately nothing has changed. Ive taken videos and photos of the bowls. Sad. I use to love this location. Of lately the bowls are becoming very skimpy. Less fruit hardly any PB and when you ask for extra its like $1.50. When my bowl comes with PB I would expect to be able to see the amount of PB in the bowl its only been a tiny bit. Its sad. Also sometimes the fruit isnt rip, like the kiwi. When it isnt ripe it ruins the entire bowl. Please stop skimping on the fruit and PB. Or even the granola.

        Delicious wraps and acai bowls! My husband got the dragn fruit bowl and liked it alot :) very well recommended.

        Great GF options Just please research extra on your items.I was told not sure one day on the Choc almonds..then next day no.Not Gluten free!What if I had the Pnut allergy!!Gee not sure.It may contain nuts after I've eaten it!! Dietary restrictions: Gf.But please train employees on whats not gf!

      Chantale, thank you for the feedback. We have been at this location for over 6 years. We strive to keep things as consistent as possible, and have not changed the size of the tools that we use to measure our ingredients. This may have been an isolated incident, and we are happy to replace your bowl. Because we only use fresh fruit, it is difficult to maintain a certain ripeness, however, you are more than welcome to ask about the ripeness of the fruit before we start making your order.
