Make sure you have the co-payment available when you check in/out. The service of the staff is above average. The feedback from the doctor has many opportunities to improve

This is the most unprofessional chop shop otherwise known as a so called ent providers office in town. Erica from that office just called me to scream in my infected ear-"someone like me needs to be yelled at" thats what she told me. They don't respect hippa privacy in there office and the staff thinks the patient must attend to their egos when that's not how it works. There's alot of ent options in Florida don't waist your time here. They think you are paying them to make them feel like they are doing something when they aren't. DOCTOR TOOK one look in my ear and asked me how I got my condition ... how am I suppose to know that??If I did I wouldn't have waited two hours for that pompous question. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE HEARTLESS PEOPLE JUST AFTER A CHECK!!!!....why call back to get yelled at again??? Cause that's what I deserve ?????? NO ACCOUNTABILITY YOU HAVE MY NUMBER YOU CAN CALL ME JUST LIKE ERICA DID EARLIER TO PUT ME DOWN!!
