If youre seeking help with child support litigation dont even bother calling them. Yet the website lists that they handle Child support litigation and I had a friend tell me they handled his case. Lady on the phone was nice enough to suggest I contact the FL bar for help so 3 starts it is.

This Law Firm did a GREAT job and treated me like family, They held my hand through the whole process, I don't know what I would have done with out them watching my back, I would definitely recommend All Family Law Group to anyone having to go through a divorce. Nice to know A Law firm is actually there to help and not just take my money like my ex tried to. LOL.

: All Family Law Group represented me in my recent divorce. Their staff and attorneys were confident, knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. In court, the judge commended my attorney, Ginger Dugan, on her preparation and presentation. I heartily agree. Ms. Dugan and the staff made the unpleasantness of divorce happen as painless as possible. I am completely satisfied.

I hired All Family Law Group having a relocation issue with my ex. Ginger Dugan was assigned to my case. She was good but left on maternity leave and I was reassigned to Monica DaSilva. The case lingered in for an exceptionally long time costing thousands and thousands of dollars to the point I simply ran out of money. I learned a lot about the legal system having to represent myself and how things work eventually getting to the trial. Come to find out, the whole thing was a waste of time due to the fact that one simple filing was not made while I was represented by All Family Law Group. A simple response to a request for admissions. I have the emails where I asked what the request for admissions was after seeing it online on the docket and my email stating how I wished it to be responded. Obviously it was never done and became a deciding factor at the trial. This cost me everything including thousands of dollars of spent legal fees and more importantly the relationship with my son. I reached out on several occasions seeking resolution to the errors made and all I received were arguments that nothing wrong was done. Clearly it was. I write this today, as my son is graduating from high school. I am not attending as his mothers spitefulness still continues and no resolution was made while paying thousands of dollars to All Family Law Group and eventual outcome at trial due to mistakes made by this firm. I have spoken to several attorneys who have said how careless of an error was made in my case but yet All Family Law still denies having done wrong. How can this be? People make mistakes and I totally understand that, but continuing to blame the client is just wrong when the reason I hired them was to represent me. I even have an email from Monica saying you knew you had to respond. Guess what I was still represented by All Family so it was All Family that needed to respond not me! I can only imagine it was a heavy case load or something that simply just slipped through the cracks but either way, not what I paid thousands of dollars to have happen. I hope this helps at least one person from making the same mistake I did hiring All Family Law Group or Monica DaSilva. Yes I have attempted on several occasions to resolve this but all I got was trying to steer the blame towards me instead of taking responsibility for the neglect given to my case. Again, today I miss out on another moment in my sons life. Thanks All Family Law Group, NOT!!

Excellent, up front, honest, knowledgeable and professional...awesome attorney in every aspect Hello, I want to leave the most wordy and down right honest review about this team with Monica at the helm for my dissolution of marriage with a minor child. I have to say wordy and the team will know what I mean by that :) First, Monica is the most knowledgeable, experienced in her field and professional attorney; I am so thankful I found her. Second, her team is right there within the professional and knowledgeable arena, steady working to make sure my needs were met and they were always available when it was important and I needed them to respond. Third, I was able to do everything through email, phone conversations (things that are important and should be discussed) and the final hearing was done on Zoom, the judge liked that due to the ease and swift ability to finalize my case. Monica is straight forward and tells it like it is, there is no gray, its black and white and she didn't hold back on letting me know what is important for my child and my case. Things I thought were really important, were actually not important in the big scheme of things. Monica is honest and stays focused on the task at hand which was ultimately myself and my child. If you think something is important then tell Monica and the team in the email subject (important) but regardless they read every email and believe me I know this first hand in a serious way too. If you need to call and leave a message do it, they will return the call and email as quickly as possible. If you do not hear from the team right away, don't be disappointed and start freaking out, just wait and they will reply or call. The work is being done behind the scenes and they are all doing the most for the client. I ended up the winner along with my daughter and Monica told me that "everyday wake up and say to yourself you are the winner" which I am and I see that now. I am doing better than I ever have and so is my daughter. It has all worked out like it should and I am happy. Living in toxic environments for the sake of the child or to keep the relationship happy is not good for your mental health. Do something about it and hire this team to help get the matter resolved. This team will do the best job and they did the best job for me and my daughter. I have the utmost respect for Monica and her team. I have referred them to several people already.
