        We have been here for almost 3 years and we have never once been late with payment but multiple times they try to give us a late charge because they scan our check late. And they give us some stupid aggressive letter saying for us to vacate if rent is not paid. Last month we went to the office 4 times on the 1st to pay but nobody in the office all day. So we get the notice on the 2nd and paid since someone decided to show up, they scan the check on the 4th and give us late fee. It's really unfair and annoying. The management really sucks here.

        I have been at Rockledge Flats 2.5 years. I have never been late, and still was not late with rent. I had a 3 day notice to vacate posted on my front door. These management people are greedy, NO ETHICS OR MORALS!! One can NEVER reach them on the phone!!Don't move in here. I'm leaving ASAP! AND NOT BVAUSE I HAVE NOT PAID RENT! IM NOT GIVING MONEY TO THESE GREEDY PRIGS!
