I broke my mirror being klutzy and went to the dealer who wanted close to$900 to fix it. At Prestige, they gave me a quote about $520, so I thought that was a great deal. A week later they had the part and it was fixed in minutes. To my big surprise, I was told it would be even less because they found a less expensive part. In the end, I only paid $420 but they could easily have charged me the full amount quoted in the first place because I would never known. Their honesty made my day ................hurray for the Prestige body shop.

I took an older car in for some body work. The staff gave me an honest assessment of the pros and cons of performing the work. They made it clear it was probably not the best use of resources. Further mechanical assessment proved them right. I did not use them this time, but I will certainly use them again.
