We used this company to replace our roof, and the job was done last week. Mario Dicarlo was the project manager and he was very easy to work with and very professional. Project Manager Mario DiCarlo was honest and professional from the first day he introduced himself till the last day after the installation. Matter of fact Mario stopped by a few times to make sure everything was ok and to see if we were satisfied. Mario was always on time and thorough in his explanation of the roofing job. I am very happy with the new roof which was replaced on my home because of storm damage. The roof turned out well, was done in a timely manner and without any glitches that werent resolved. I want to thank Jon Nalewak and Michael Gottschalk for making the process easy and efficient, from working with the city for permits and inspection and the insurance company paper work. The company should be proud of their professionalism and caring attitude. I would use TEC in the future and also recommend the company to others. We can't say enough of how much Mario Di Carlo has made this job worry free for us. He took care of the job from start to finish. From getting the ok from the insurance company, to having the roof inspected by the adjuster and overseeing the workers and making sure everything was cleaned up before any body left. Whenever I had a question, he answered my call and came here in person. Mary and I are very pleased with the company and Mario's made this whole transaction so easy to accomplish. We are telling our friends if and when you need your roof re shingled, go with this company. Mario said the whole job will be done in one day. I thought impossible, all that work, no way.
