It was a pleasure meeting with Maureen and touring the Exchange Apartments. I found her to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The property is tucked away in an otherwise busy area, new with excellent amenities. Definitely on our potentials list.

I've been living at the Exchange at St. Augustine for just 1 month now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. The amenities here are top-notch. The pool area is always clean and well-maintained, and it's a great spot to relax on weekends. The gym is also fantastic, with a wide range of equipment and plenty of space to work out.
