        I can't say enough good things about this establishment. All I know, is that I'll never stay anywhere else! They have a for life patron whenever I come down to St Augustine. The ladies who work there are so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was everything! Our room was heaven and the bed, sheets, robe and shower were out.of this world comfortable. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. My husband and I had the Victoria room and sat outside in our private balcony overlooking the bay. It was delightful. Being right in downtown St Augustine amongst all the fun. We parked and walked everywhere. We can't wait to return!!! Rooms: Rooms are heavenly. Safety: Never felt more safe. Walkability: You can walk to everything.

        The most elegant Bed & Breakfast. The staff go above and beyond. So clean. Beds and linen are exquisite. The chef caters to any food intolerences. The location is spectacular. We will return.

        Can't say enough great things about this place! Everyone was so kind, the food was delicious, great location and the room (alisons loft) was SO nice. Very comfortable bed and the robe was so snuggly. Looking forward to coming back.

      Bayfront Westcott House Bed and Breakfast

      Located in downtown St. Augustine's historic district, directly on the water, this St Augustine bed and breakfast, Bayfront Westcott House, was built in 1880 as a private residence for Dr. John Westcott who was well known for his prominent military career, interests in transportation and politics, and research efforts in the cause and cure of yellow fever. He was a land surveyor for the St. Johns Railroad (whose tracks spread from the San Sebastian River to Tocoi) and was a heavy hitter in the development of the Intracoastal Waterway that links the St. Johns River to Miami. The house changed hands a few times over the years and saw its fair share of soirees amongst St. Augustines elite. In the 1970s, it was converted into a guest house and has been entertaining tourists and travelers ever since! Today, Bayfront Westcott House is a 16-room, full-service bed and breakfast. Every room has a private entrance. Most rooms have a Jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace, and outdoor sitting area. In every room guests enjoy hypoallergenic microfiber sheets; plush but ecofriendly towels; and William Roam bath products.
