Alex was extremely helpful in helping us find our first house in our price range. He is quick at replying to texts with answers to all my questions. He heard me tell my boyfriend about how our patio would be a perfect space for a fire pit and he bought us one as such a thoughtful closing gift! I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to our real estate agent, Alex Werner, for his outstanding service in helping us remotely purchase a property in Jacksonville, Florida's Murray Hill area. We were living in South Florida at the time, so we were unable to view the properties in person. However, Alex was always available to answer our questions and send us detailed photos and videos of the homes we were interested in. He was also very patient with us as we went through the home buying process, which can be quite daunting. Alex was always willing to go the extra mile for us. For example, he showed up at the property early mornings for appointments we were unable to attend, even though he himself was coming from far away. He also tapped into personal resources to help us gain better understanding of real-world costs associated with fixes and alterations that needed to be made on the property prior negotiating with the seller.
