    Me and my spouse were trying to buy his father's' house, so he can retire and move to FL. I worked with Mike, who was very hard to get in contact with. Then he passed us along to Marissa. Who was very helpful at first. We submitted everything we needed, and tried to get the process going. After already being told we were "Approved". We sent our realtor who was writing up the contract for it to be gifted as equity, to Mike Wiles to make sure it had everything that needed to be in there. Hired a lawyer to review it, homeowners insurance. Just to find out that we weren't even able to get a loan through them because there isn't a loan officer able to help us from Coast2Coast anymore. The officer didn't reapply for their licences, no one from Coast2Coast called to tell us. When the realtor called them to let them know they could get the contract together, Mike told the realtor, and he told us. On top of not telling us about the change in status. When I called him to ask about it, he instantly told me that it wasn't worth getting it done as they don't do business in New York often. As well as tried to gaslight me into believing that he still did all the work and that he told the realtor what needs to be done. When one what professional is going to listen to someone who hasn't even been able to keep track of their business. He further tried to gaslight me to believe that even though they pulled our credit and wasted our time. That getting 2 hard credit pulls in a month would do nothing to our credit score. If they weren't able and told us before the credit check and leading us to believe we were approved, that would have been fine. Just please ask questions and be careful who you use. We were new to this being first time home buyers and working with these people gave us a terrible first experience.
