I have never waited long for an appointment and I have been a patient for about 2 years now. She is always friendly and does not rush me out the door. I am also more of a naturalist when it comes to my health care; she always considers this when treating my condition. I suffer from Meniere's disease, of which she has little experience, and she does make sure that she researches more for me. My only complaint is her accent can be hard to understand, she is patient in repeating herself though :D
