One of their drivers, Van#65 was driving recklessly today. He came into my lane, ran me off the road, and almost killed me today! He was clearly intoxicated and if I was the owner of the company, I would not let someone like that work for me not represent my company. The person driving Van #65 is a bad representation of this business. If he drives this bad, I can only imagine the type of services that he provides. I would not trust this man to be around customers, let alone fix anything especially if his work is anything like his driving, irresponsible and dangerous!

Absolutely horrible company since Performance bought out Pinellas Comfort Systems. I've had my service appointment cancelled the day of multiple times last year and this time I was told that cleaning the blower fan on my mini split would be an additional $330 charge even though it was previously included in the semi annual service package I purchased. I'm on day three of waiting for a promised explanation.

Tech came to do semi annual service in Feb 2023 as I had a service contract. Told me I needed 2 lbs of Freon & with my discount for having contract it cost over $400. Plus I was told I needed a part that would cost $2500 to have installed. My unit was just a month under 5 yo but was told warranty would not cover it. I had the Freon put in but called another company for second opinion on the other part. That company charges half the price for Freon, told me my coils were dirty & not cleaned & I did not need the $2500 part as there was no problem. I am a recent widow & my husband would always deal with the techs. I feel this company is not trustworthy & tried to scam a widow.

Recently had a "technician" from Performance AC (Largo) tell my 96 year old Mom she had a slow leak in her air handler coil. It's true she did. Problem was, the tech told her he could get a discounted coil for $300 if she paid him personally (by check) for the coil and he would be back the next day and complete the job for a total of $1300, which was actually the total for the job. Fortunately, my Mom later thought about it and I reported it to Performance. I probably should have reported to the PCSO but the guy was pathetic POS.
