Good selection of prices and styles- each store has different selections. One comment that should be noted- their designers dont have access to a program with real dimensions so visualizing your selection is almost impossible. To me this is critical to a project.

Alex was a great help for us. He didn't mind all of our questions, knows where everything is and we thank you. This place has anything you need for pools, remodeling or designing something new.

We are renovating our master bathroom and were in desperate need of advice on what tile to pick. We made an appointment with Lolo their designer and couldn't be happier! Lolo helped us pick out floor, wall, shower tiles and Schluter, grout and more! She made our renovation less stressful with her expert experience. We highly recommend making an appointment with her for any renovation needs!

Purchased items on 4.8.24 at around 1030-1045am. Was told we could wait an hour for it to be picked or schedule a pickup for later in the day. Scheduled pickup at 530pm. Arrived at 6pm and it wasn't picked. Was told there were "only 2 people working in the warehouse". I then stated it should be picked and should be on first come/first served and that staffing was not my concern. I was then told there were several other orders in front of mine. I find that VERY hard to believe. If so, that store must be exceeding sales by leaps and bounds. Anytime I attempted to question why it would take so long, was told I was "yelling at her" and "I had just met her". Stated I wasn't yelling, only stating facts, which I assumed she didn't want to hear. Assistant manager was the one who rang sale. I promptly requested refund, which took forever as the register in the back was closed and only one was working in the front. I will take my business elsewhere.
