Allergy Asthma & Immunology Associates of Central Florida - Dr. Phillips Office

Arrived 25 minutes early for paperwork then waited awhile, appt was for 10:30 decided to finally leave at 12:05, was told I was next but decided it was best to leave, 95 minutes and never saw the doctor. As a nurse I can appreciate that the doctor spends time with his patients but to wait 95 minutes with so few people there makes me believe that the doctor doesn't respect the time of his patients. Our time is just as important as there's. I requested a refund which went smoothly which I appreciate but I will not be returning.

This place is has a really horrible nurse, whos terribly unprofessional rude and needs to be written up and have her license revoked from her right now because shes so terrible

Dont mistake my one-star for a real one star. It is actually a zero. Im sure the doctors are great, but Ill never get to find out, because the sorry excuse of a receptionist answering the phone likes to hang up on people who try to get appointments. Im 100% certain this clinic is losing profit and clients because of this lady. The two times I called in the past couple of months, she literally hung up on me while I was asking for appointments that worked for my daughter. This is in addition to how she speaks to callers incredibly impolitely. She clearly hates her job and I see Im not the first person to complain about this. If this clinic had any decency, theyd pick a better representative.
