Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales. I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect! Casey Johnson and Jessica Ryan to be specific are amazing!

The phone training works great! I use it often when talking on the phone and setting appointments. Everyone I have talked to are so NICE & FRIENDLY!!!

Have helped me tremendously with working on the phone. They have an excellent structure and work well with coaching you. I am new to car sales and have increased sales over the phone/setting appointments since I started training with them.

The CMS training was absolutely fantastic. Coming from someone who is brand new to the car business, this training improved my confidence and comfortability with talking to customers and handling their objections.

Customer Managment systems has been doing a great job with Roleplays on answering questions and making sure were going about it the right way it has really helped out with answering real calls I would recommend any busy to use them and I want to give a shout out to Jessica Ryan thanks for your help.
