I can't begin to express my gratitude to this place. My father was seen here and was take such good care of from start to finish the manager Kristen was excellent and assisted my father with everything necessary even with dealing with a leak in the office and it being closed she still managed to work us in and go above and beyond. I will be recommending this place to everyone without Kristen's professionalism my father would not be receiving relief

Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They are fake. They offer people a discount to leave them a good review. Kristen is also very unprofessional. She randomly texted me late after 9pm to pay her saying "because we were short on deposit today(no fault of yours) however we need to get this resolved" whatever that means. She also threatened to "cancel my orders" as well whatever that means. Im just trying to get my medical card renewed. what did I order? I'm so annoyed. Like what is she going on about. I'm not an angry person, but this made me upset. Very unprofessional. Threatening me after telling me that it wasn't my fault? Shouldn't you sort all this stuff out before going on vacation? Sad part is I tried paying them on 3 different occasions. Awful services.
