Select Power FL

We put down our deposit with Patrick over 6 months ago and still do not have a working generator. He has failed to provide me with updates after repeated text messages and calls. After three months of waiting I called Patrick and was told that the county rejected our permit because they did not receive the proper paperwork. We provided them with all the necessary documentation but they failed to submit it to the county. Patrick never notified me. If I hadnt called I would never have known. When the county finally approved our paperwork then we were in the middle of hurricane season and our installation was delayed . Select Power finally installed our generator a few weeks ago and it is still not hooked up. Patrick told me on multiple occasions we were next in line.When no one showed up he blamed the gas man. . I guess he was tired of giving me excuses so he started ignoring my texts and calls. He finally took my call today and he told me he thought we passed the inspection but he didnt know for sure.When I told him it would be up and running if it werent for the paperwork incident he told me he would fire Shanon if that would make me happy. That just made me more disgusted . I wouldnt do business with this company if they were the last provider. The only reason we did is because they were a Generac approved provider. When I called Generac they were surprised Select Power charged our credit card for the balance when it wasnt hooked up.

Despite not actually being a customer, Patrick was kind enough to call me back and answer some very important questions for me. This type of customer service is almost unheard of these days. I will definitely use Select for my generator service going forward.
