        I can't say enough about my design consultant Norma. Remodeling a large bathroom can be totally overwhelming. And making the wrong selections can be expensive and disappointing. Norma listened to what I was trying to achieve and guided me in my choices. When I selected something that she felt I may not be happy with, she offered other options that might work better. She was right on. Because of her guidance, I'm confident that my project will meet my expectations. Thank you Norma!

        I had a 11:00 appt. with a Designer at this store. The designer never showed up at the design gallery area! Upon entering this store, we were never once greeted by an associate and not one of them offered to assist us. Floor and Decor has the worst customer service which really is none to speak of. We left here and went to Tile Outlets of America and was warmly greeted and they helped us with our tile selection.
