I was very fortunate to have found Ms. Sara Bazzigaluppi. I was scared, confused and didn’t understand what was happening. She took her time to go explain what IPN is and what my rights were. She walked me thru each step of the whole process. She is very knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns. She explained everything in great detail to make sure you understand. She allow me to express your concerns. Sara walked me thru each step and part of the case. She fights for you. She’s very responsive via phone or email. I mean my whole experience with her and Griceli has been amazing. She comes very highly recommended and if I could give her infinity amount of stars I would. Sara got my case got completely dismissed. She also have YouTube videos that help explain again incase your so nerves and the information isn’t registering. I spoke with and retained the services of Sara B. Immediately I felt as if I was not receiving proper communication. I tried to keep the team up to date regarding my interactions with the Florida DOH but I could not even get a secretary to respond. Eventually I was passed off by Sara to an associate Ephraim Livingston who supposedly specializes in cases such as mine. However communication became even worse and my retainer was being used for miscellaneous services I was unaware of. I spoke with the investigator with the Florida department of health and after 4 months no progress was made with my case and my $5000 retainer was exhausted. I withdrew services and am very disappointed with the Chapman Law Group. I have been told by many health professionals they are frauds.
