We chose to work with Mairead in listing our home and had a lovely experience. She comes with a plethora of knowledge and expertise that superseded what we'd otherwise experienced. She knows legality and policy of real estate very thoroughly. Despite her workload, she was always available to answer our questions, support us in the selling process and never left us with insecurity. She's prompt, thorough and friendly. Selling your home can be a stressful experience, but with Mairead as your agent - you can be sure she will take excellent care of you. We really appreciated her level of professionalism throughout the process as well. In this day and age, unfortunately many have lost the touch when it comes to customer care... but not Mairead. She is top notch! Can't rave enough about our experience.

Right off the bat I want to tell anyone who is reading this that if you need a realtor you have to call Mairead Smialek right now and work with her! Im serious! I truly think Mairead Smialek is one of the VERY BEST REALTORS in the Sarasota/ Longboat Key area. I wanted to get that out there as now I will have to write a book as there are just so many things I want to say about Mairead and what an incredibly special realtor and person she is. I met Mairead over 5 years ago through my parents who met her at an open house. My parents loved her instantly and gave Mairead my phone number. We all adored her energy and enthusiasm for her job and people. I called Mairead so many times to show me places in the past years and then we found the one and I cant even begin to describe how WONDERFUL it was to work with Mairead! Mairead is so incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate from the buy and sell all the way to helping with every detail right up to the closing and beyond! Mairead was not just my realtor, she became my friend and my confidant and a shoulder to cry on (I probably did that too many times). Mairead was there for me through each and every step and all my ups and downs! Even now that I have closed and moved in, shes there anytime I call and numerous times she even offered to help me pack and move!! Mairead gets back to me in minutes (sometimes seconds) whenever I ask a question real estate related or other! She just knows stuff!! So so much stuff. And knows the people you need to call for any problem!! What is truly the best though is that Mairead really does care. I was a realtor up in Minnesota for years. I met and worked with many realtors up there and have met many down here. Mairead is up there at the very top of the best realtor list and its because she loves people and only wants the best for them whether a transaction happens or not. Mairead works her butt off for her clients. So many times when I was upset or needed help or just needed a friend she was there to answer the phone and/or shed offer to drive right over and help with anything and everything. I saw right away that Mairead truly does go above beyond in her job!! You have to wear many hats as a realtor and Mairead wears them all beautifully! Mairead is extremely diligent and hard working. Super knowledgeable, especially about Longboat Key. She is persistent and great with follow-upwithout exerting too much pressure. Mairead serves her clients VERY well.

We absolutely lucked out with Mairead and we truly could not have been happier with every aspect of how she supported us as we purchased our home. One of my favorite things about Mairead is that she is so frank about the upside and downside of every property we viewed. Shes not trying to push anything on you. Rather at every point her interest is in finding myself and my husband the right property for our family. Her style is professional, knowledgable and she operates with deep integrity. Once we were in contract with our truly dream home a few things came up in the inspection period that we were not aware of initially. Mairead is a great negotiator too and we were able to get back the total amount needed for the repairs. I highly recommend Mairead!
