Berlin Patten Ebling were recommended to us to handle our recent land purchase, the majority of which had to be conducted long distance. Sandra Wafer was our primary contact agent through the purchase, and thoroughly explained all the details step by step. She answered all of our questions in a timely and efficient manner, whether by email or phone. She made us feel at ease with the process. We also felt the online app process the firm utilizes was very easy to use, and we felt secure and well informed with each document uploaded and viewable in a timely manner.
