We had our septic tank pumped by Southern Sanitary Systems. They had the best price in the area for the service. They also had convenient availability to schedule an appointment. The technician, Dave W., called ahead to confirm that he was nearby and arrived shortly thereafter. He was kind, professional, and very efficient. He made sure to show us the deterioration of our current tank which does need to be replaced at some point soon due to a safety hazard. He also found a solution to patch the issue until it could be replaced in the future and offered to do this on the spot at no additional charge. We will definitely be using this company for the septic tank replacement. Thanks Dave W. and the Southern Sanitary team!

After having some plumbing back up we decided to get the septic tank pumped out as the first step and called Southern Sanitary and they came out the very next day. Micheal arrived on schedule and got right to work in locating the lid and getting the system pumped. He patiently answered all our questions and gave great advice on future pumping and care of the system. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. We will definitely use this company again!

What homeowner ever wants to replace an entire septic system, complete with drain field and lift station? But when you must, after 42 years, you must. Our wonderful plumber only had one company to recommend for the job -- Southern Sanitary -- and he was not wrong. During our first visit with Chris, he walked us through the entire project and answered every question. After getting additional quotes, we found that Southern Sanitary's price was fair and gave them the go-ahead. They were able to get to us ahead of schedule and got the entire job done in two and a half days, with very little disruption to our household and, somehow, working around plantings near the center of the yard without damaging them in the least. Vicent was amazing to watch, operating the heavy equipment like a surgeon with a scalpel, so expert at handling just about every stage of the installation. Walter and the rest of the team moved in and out, managing the operation like a finely tuned machine.
