Caesarstone Sarasota Showroom & Distribution Center

I came to this place according to their stated office hours but nobody was in. I called office but mailbox is full. In the process waiting, 2 other customers left frustrated. I'm deeply worried about reliability of this business. I'm sorry but I'm ordering my stonework elsewhere. It's Saturday 11:06am & they're suppose to open at 10am

We purchased quartzite from Omicron for a kitchen re-do. Within 3 months, the edges had darkened, and brownish veins appeared on the surface - even though I was exceedingly careful and washed and dried the surface every time I used it. The installer was great - visited at least 6 times resealing and trying to correct the problem, so although Omicron tried to blame this on the installer, I don't think that's the case. We went back, and the Omicron sales rep told us that "we get maybe 2 out of 100 (slabs) that are porous." They admitted to selling us defective material, but they would do nothing to rectify the problem. "It's natural stone," was all they would say. We are now faced with a complete redo of the countertops, less than a year after we put them in.
