        Telehealth with the DO on Tuesday for my son. Suggested a Covid test, which was negative (he had not been exposed). Son is still not feeling well, probably at this point needs an antibiotic. Called Wednesday morning and left a message. At 5:20 Wednesday afternoon, someone called because they saw our message marked urgent (yet returned the call 8 hours later). Said the doctor had already left again. Assured me someone would call first thing this morning. Didn't happen. I called them and there was no one there to help my son. Recommended to take him to urgent care. Why in the world would I expose him to possible Covid patients when he just did telehealth with this office a few days ago? Not impressed and will never use this facility again.

        Dr Kimberly Grill is an excellent PCP. Dr. Grill is quite professional with excellent bed side manners. Dr Grill talks to you not at you ( as I have experience with man medical doctors). Dr Grill explains your medical condition to you so that you will clearly understand what is going on with you medically. Thank you Dr. Grill for being knowledgeable, caring and kind.
