I went here to get everyday glasses. I have two prescriptions one for everyday and one for computer distance. I ordered the everyday glasses with transitions lenses. I wouldn't need the transitions for the computer glasses since I work indoors. When the glasses were delivered I mentioned to Dawn that the prescription seemed wrong. She said I would just have to get used to them. I called that same afternoon because I was having trouble seeing while driving. I asked specifically if the prescriptions could have been mixed up. Dawn said they were the everyday prescription and said again that I just needed to get used to them. That evening I had to drive my husband to the airport and absolutely could not read the signs until I was right under them. I was terrified I would get in an accident. This morning I sat at my computer and the vision was crystal clear at computer distance. I called them this morning and spoke with Liz who confirmed that they were indeed my computer prescription. And was told to come in to exchange them. When I went in I spoke with the manager Ana. She seemed completely unconcerned that my husband and I could have been killed driving with the wrong prescription. She is going to exchange the glasses which is the absolute minimum I would expect and I have to wait another two weeks for the new pair. UPDATE. The store called and are working to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Office visit was awesome. Problem occurred when I paid for expedited shipping on my glasses and they have not been expedited to me. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses with the same prescription and same frames. One pair was delivered to office 2 days after my visit. I was not notified that they were there. Supposedly the other pair should be here soon. The office personnel I spoke too said I only paid for set to be expedited I actually paid for the the whole order to be. But if that was the case why didn't I receive a call that they were there and to come get my One set. She responded with we didn't want you to have to make two trips.. She wasn't apologetic nor did she care about what I had to say. I do not recommend using this particular office.

Had my eyes checked today. Dr.Leong and Madisyn answer all my questions and put me at easy.They both are very knowledgeable and friendly.
