I called to schedule physical therapy at this establishment. The receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me without a copy of my referral. I then asked if there was an email address so I could send her a copy of the referral. She informed me that they don't have a company email and that the only means is in person drop off or fax. Her tone was a little condescending and not very welcoming. Based on this interaction I'm not certain I want to start therapy at this location.
