        Pros: They have an office close to my home and you can pay by the YEAR instead of every 6 months. I really liked that. Cons: There's a alot! Extremely difficult to get a hold of your claims agent. They well send you a check for $1000 and you will never get a hold of them again. Was lucky the guy that hit me had AllState and covered the cost. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Went years without any accidents but my rates kept going up regardless. No tickets, etc. Would not recommend. Changing companies.
