Called the day before and got in the 14' pontoon. Rob was easy to work with from start to finish. Helped me get comfortable with the controls and we were off in less than 15 minutes of arriving at the dock. Coming back as soon as possible

So convenient. They deliver right to your dock and you have full access to the boat till your agreed pickup date and time. Highly recommend

We have an upcoming overnight stay on the river for my daughters 12th birthday, and we wanted to rent a boat for Saturday and was informed 3 days before our rental that it was given to someone else. To make arrangements I reached out over a month before the trip to rent a specific boat for our family size, and I was told by Robert that that I was on his calendar and he would reach out two days before I needed the boat. I was never informed that the boat was in jeopardy of being rented to someone else during that timeframe. I wasnt offered an option to secure the boat any other way. If I had been informed that my rental was only secure unless a better offer came along I would have made other arrangements. If thats the policy it should be communicated directly and on the website. Ours was cancelled on Wednesday and our trip was Saturday. After I questioned why this happened, I was told I could wait in line at the marina very early before they open on Saturday and hope I could get a boat, or rent a larger boat from him for a multiple day rental from them, which we had already discussed I would only be on the water one day. We were left scrambling to find a boat and luckily we found another company near by. They spoke with us after hours, were so helpful and saved the day.
