I'll just start by saying I own a pressure washing and window cleaning company in Central Pennsylvania where I live (1,140 miles) away from this business. Yesterday my pressure washer caught on fire during a job I was on. I was forced to pack my gear and go home, as I only have this one machine with me. Defeated and panicking I reached out to the location here in PA where I bought the pressure washer, which resulted in no help from them whatsoever. Frustrated I reached out to the manufacturer for help, with not much luck or help from them either. Even more frustrated! I reached out on social media for help! The pressure washing group I put my post on asking for help has roughly 50,000 members in it, and out of all of those members, one reached out to me to offer some help. Justin with Cigar City Softwash Supply whom I've never met or spoke with a day in my life reached out to help me. That alone speaks volume to his integrity in my book. Not only did he reach out to help me, but he identified the part that caught fire on my machine, and he also took it upon himself to get the part I needed and have it overnight shipped to me!! I can't even put into words how grateful I am. I want to send a HUGE thank you to Justin, his team, and their kindness to reach out and help a complete stranger over 1,000 miles away get back up on my feet!

Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. With my husband and I starting our new pressure washing business we werent exactly sure of everything that we needed. Justin was so patient and kind and walked us through everything from start to finish and made sure we left with literally everything that we needed. He gave us a GREAT deal! I cannot recommend Cigar City Softwash enough! If you need repairs, looking to start a new business, or need new equipment etc call Justin!!
