We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders to build us a home on our land in Hernando County Florida. Our floor failed within 4 months. We notified James and finally after another 3 months there was an inspection done showing the installation by James Zanatta's flooring subcontractor caused the failure. Even though the warranty that was in James' contract states "Any defect found in the Work within the warranty period shall be promptly replaced or repaired by Contractor at no cost to Owner" James told us he would send us a check for $4600. I told him we did not want a check, we wanted our floor fixed. He basically told us 'take it or leave it'. We had 2 flooring people come and give us an estimate. They were for $7400 and $8300. When we told James this, again...."take it or leave it". So basically it seems like we now do not have a warranty on his work and we are just done with James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders. I will be filing a full report on this situation with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and for whatever it is worth with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware of Pro Craft Builders.

We are thoroughly pleased with our new custom 1200 sq ft detached garage built per our specifications and per code by ProCraft Builders. James created trust from the beginning that he could deliver the project per the contract. He communicated regularly and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We have been looking for a builder for a bit now. We came across ProCraft Builders and spoke with James. He is very informative, responsive and paid attention to detail. From our ideas to getting our blueprints James has handled every aspect. We are very excited for our new home The "Bella Vista" !!

Great!!! We had Procraft build our new house!! We had no idea of what we were getting into and James made us feel comfortable about our build! We had so many questions and he answered all of them quickly! We had many hoops from the bank to jump through but Procraft stuck with us and waited till we had things in order! We love our new home! We are still in contact with Procraft (James) for any reason we may need him.
