Shout out to Al Perez with the Dougherty/Denis team at Keller Williams. Al was recommended to us by Suarez Home & Finance Corp (an excellent mortgage broker), and he did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable about the Spring Hill/Brooksville area and we found our house within a month! Rebecca on Al's team at KW also did an excellent job of getting the necessary paperwork to us quickly. Sometimes, I felt like I was always bombarding Al with questions, but he answered every one of them and always reassured us that he was there for us. We truly felt like he really cared about finding us the right home. We highly recommend Al Perez!

tried several times to contact Mike Ulloa agent.....NO RETURN CALLS. Tried office... very rude, please do not use this company or agent. Its really sad..

My wife and I attended an open house hosted by an agent of this brokerage. After reviewing the house, we were discussing some issues with it. The agent became verbally abusive and insulting towards my wife. I was shocked at her behavior. As former real estate agent, I would never attack a potential buyer, or anyone for that matter. We have substantial knowledge of what we were talking about. I would hesitate to ever deal with this agency again after this incident.

Robert Adams With Keller Williams Realty Spring Hill in Tampa Florida is an excellent realtor! He took great care of us in helping us find a home. We told him exactly what we needed and everyday he was sending us links to houses that were in our price range, location, and amenities.

Predatory email marketing that I've never signed up for, they are somehow getting emails from other businesses and using them to market to get people to sign up to be agents, and will not stop emailing. stay away from this company.
