I had a 19 boat trailer repaired. Aaron pointed out some things that needed attention,hubs, and replaced them. They were a little slow in responding to VM but I did tell them there was no rush because I didnt need to use it. Overall they did good work for a fair price and gave me a freebie which I appreciated. Aaron was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ill go for any other repairs when needed.

if there is anyone actually working at this shop i would love a call, you have had my trailer for over 3 months and i can not get a return phone call from you, nor a text message. i have left several messages. i sent the money to you for parts as a deposit while i was away on vacation so this job could be started asap. expecting to have it back in a week or two tops. at this point i would like my trailer back and a refund as it has been (once again) over 3 months and i have left voicemails at least once a week for the last month without a return phone call, i have talked to someone on the phone 2-3 times over a month ago when i called and they said they would get back with me soon i have never recieved a incoming phone call from anyone there. I need my trailer.

Had axle and leaf springs done on my boat trailer . Work done as expected and completed in a timely manner .No issues with deposit , payment or communication. Aaron did some extra work on his own accord . Thanks again for that. I will use Springhill trailers for future trailer needs.
