2024 maybe the year for yall someone came on time I been here for 2 years now My kitchen sink pipe bus water went everywhere all over the floor he came over not the big man the New guy he slim. I am kind of bad with names, but he knows who he is. He got right to it, and he finished in a day and it did not take him an hour I have a list from December 6, 2022 Things that need to be done in the apartment Like I said, this may be the year for them 2024 Yall keep up the good work And maybe yall can get those work order s Knock down The stars is for him coming on time and he did not have an attitude he got scraped to it. This company is pathetic. My mom has been complaining about gas smell after using her stove since January 2024, here it is March 2024 and the issue has yet to be resolved! She has been living in Sienna Square since covid and this is the 3rd company to take over, by far the worst company ever, the customer service is poor, I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was. They are unhelpful and unfriendly. They didn't seem to want to assist her at all. They have completely ignored my moms concerns and when asked to speak with the property manager all she did was send maintenance out and ended the call while she was explaining her concerns! This had been by far the worst experience ever, she will not be renewing her lease.

They constantly go under new management without letting tenants know ahead of time Ive been living here since 2021 and this place has been under new management at least 8 times maybe, I have things in my apartment that hasnt been fixed in years yet they wanna to keep increasing the rent, I was also told they were no longer income based which I never felt like I was paying income based prices since being here Ive always paid full rent regardless however its very inconsiderate to other tenants to drop a bomb like that without giving a heads up this place is very unprofessional it doesnt matter how many times it goes under new management its the same things year after year
