        My apartment was unclean and not ready for move in I had to get a hotel bcuz I m not from this area, the oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, floors the bathroom unclean, hair everywhere toilet, tub, walls not painted nor wiped down

        Went to review the apartment and was told we needed an appointment although the website does not specifically state this requirement. Made an appt and came back the next day and the ID scanner did not work. Was unable to view the apartment. The staff were not helpful nor inviting. The second worker didnt speak when we walked in the leasing office. Customer service is key. More training is needed on how to trouble shoot tech issues when potential clients are interested in your property.
