Villa Cristina

Villa Cristina is a nice apartment! The prices are reasonable and the property is very well kept. The gym is one of the best out of most student housing. Also, the maintenance team is great. All maintenance requests were answered and solved in under 24 hours.

Villa Christina is the perfect place for student living. Super affordable, spacious, and the maintenance team here is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for off campus student housing

This review is for the maintenance at Villa Cristina! Over the past two years Monte has made living here so pleasant. Whether it is when he is responding to a maintenance request or when I see him on my way out, he always has a smile on his face! Besides being a sweet, caring person he is a good maintenance man. Super friendly staff. Best apartment I've lived in here in Tallahassee. Weslie is always super helpful with anything you need and maintenance is always super fast whenever there are issues within my unit. My kitchen sink stopped working on Thanksgiving morning and Monte came in 15 minutes of me placing the work order and saved dinner!!!

I appreciate the apartment foremost; by far the best part is the maintenance staff here (Shout out to Monty). They are super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond when you call upon them. Leasing staff is also very accommodating and flexible with its patrons, based on the many interactions I have had with lease questions and packages.
