        The crew in the front office was amazing!! I Had issues with my holiday package delivery. Shannon, and Andrea were quick to help investigate the situation. I am so impressed with how friendly and efficiently they handled this situation. Thank you for everything you do to make this community a great place to live.

        Evergreens at Mahan is a phenomenal apartment and community. Ashli Sullivan and the whole leasing and community team there were great to work with and the apartment itself was perfect.

        Ive lived at Evergreens for the last 4 months and have been very pleased by the office staffs support. Shannon, Megan, Ashli, and Andrea in particular have been attentive to my requests and have also gone above and beyond. For example, they were extremely helpful in the lease-signing process even though I was states away at the time and recently rescued two of my holiday packages that a delivery service had delivered to the wrong places. Its rare to find a leasing/office staff that is so welcoming and friendly in an apartment community, but they are always eager and ready to help.

        The apartment units themselves are alright for the price, but the folks in the leasing office are kind and helpful, and the maintenance crew is top-notch and responds to issues quickly! Five stars to Gary, especially, for making our puppy's day by always having biscuits on hand.
