        My husband and I booked a class for last weekend. Unfortunately early on in the week our 5 year old tested positive for COVID, so I went online and requested a refund because we knew wouldn't be in the clear to attend. By Saturday no response, so I called the school and left a message with my phone number asking for an update on my request an no one ever called me back. We've gone to these several times and always enjoyed them and had plans in the new year to go a couple of times a month. But after this experience where they can''t be bothered to respond to any of our requests I'm done. $150 wasted, never again.

        I can't say enough about this Publix. Due to my error, I placed a cupcake order for my daughter's babyshower at the wrong Publix at the Thomasville Ga Publix. Matthew Hoffman the Asst. Store Manager took the time out to personally frost 24 cupcakes. And not just a regular type of frost but just the right height for an edible image to be placed on them. I have never experienced such customer service and a willingness to serve. I must add the awesome service started in customer service with Andrew! Thank You Publix at Village Square!
