        I like the backyard, everything is good except the a/c I hope they fix it soon. My children and I really liked the area, the houses were very nice, the only problem is that I live near the corner of the street and the cars don't let me sleep.

        This place is a joke since new management. You can put a emergency work order "toilet cloth " they don't care. You call the office and they said wait for maintenance. What should I do not use the restroom for hours? My apartment has been the same for 4 years they don't care about old tenants. I'm paying same as new people moving in This place is not like us too be

        I been staying here for about 3 months now and I love it. My only problem is maintenance do not complete work orders correctly and you have to consistently put in work orders. I HAVE MIX MATCH DOORS THAT KEEP COMING OFF THE TRACK. Also, when moving in I asked for the backback yard to be completely cleaned and it wasn't. I had someone come out to get it together, but there was stuff like nails, wood, and other things that didn't belong back there that should have been picked up prior to moving in. I was told that fixture will be all new "EVERYTHING NEW" but the tub fixtures are old and so is the shower head.

        Jakory was amazing and I was very pleased with absolutely everything. Very polite and kind answered all of my questions and could not ask for a smoother transition for moving!!!!
