This company has TERRIBLE customer service, I canceled my policy with them 2 weeks ago because of getting a new car and they did not cancel policy with insurance provider so there goes my refund check. The lady on the phone yesterday could not understand what I was telling her so after 5 minutes I asked to speak to the owner and she said NO that will not happen. I will let you talk to my supervisor, after waiting 10 minutes on hold the lady told me the supervisor would not talk with me. I WOULD NOT HAVE A POLICY WITH THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE IF IT WAS FREE FOR A YEAR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR A DOWN PAYMENT. THEY ARE PRO'S AT GETTING THE NUMBER OF YOUR CREDIT CARD.

The girl was acting as if it was an extreme inconvenience to enter for insurance quotes she overed a quote of over $600 I found an insurance elsewhere for less than $200
