I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the service/inspection/tech department for not doing their jobs. They thought it was a brilliant idea to charge me an unexpected bill w/out a diagnostic overview of my vehicle. I didn't know "assuming" what might be a problem was a part of their professional course in the mechanical industry..... "NEVER AGAIN"

Dayton Gillen was a great guy. I met him last Saturday. He took care of my car told me what needed to be done answer all my question. I was very satisfied that I came back today and he's taking care of my car again he's a great staff always willing to help me, just give him a high star

Very disappointed with the service, I have been changing the oil at Ferman Chevrolet for a long time and it is the second time that they damaged the oil cap, causing leaks, the second time my Silverado began to have a fault and the check engine came on 3 days after They changed the oil, this is when I realized that for the second time they damaged the oil cap and it was leaking. I took the truck by tow truck to the dealer, They agreed to call the next day because they had to do a diagnosis to find out why the fault was. I had to call at 3pm because no one called and that's when I found out that they had not touched it because I had to pay to have the diagnosis done, when the day before the person who assisted me never told me that I had to pay for it, they also told me that the failure I had not been caused by the oil that leaked, I choose to take my truck out of there and in all this no one even apologized for having damaged the oil cap twice and causing leaks.
