    My son, who is a college student, recently purchased a used 2009 Nissan Versa from this dealership. The female who was assisting him was very rude and impatient. She would frequently get upset a times and ask "are you going to buy ". However, against my better judgement, I allowed my son to purchase the car anyway thinking that the worst thing that could happen is the transmission go bad. Being as the transmission only had slightly over 50k, I assumed everything would be within reason. The car also had minor damage to the front bumper and only needed to replace a plastic clip to hold it it place, which they guaranteed would be fixed when he showed back up to pick up the car. Unfortunately when he showed up the next day, the car still hadn't been repaired, but my son had already dropped a deposit. The bumper was a minor issue, so I told him not to worry as long as the vehicle was in good running condition. About 3 weeks later I received a phone call from my son. He stated, the car stopped moving and he was stuck in the middle of traffic. Now I remind you, I'm a retired vet working abroad and this was my son's first experience away from home. After a lot of stressful coordination back and forth he finally was able to get the vehicle towed. The mechanic informed my son that the transmission was improperly installed and that he had to replace it. Needless to say, it ended up costing me a little over 3k to replace it. Moral of the story, trust your initial gut instinct and secondly, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP"!

    Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! No integrity lives there! Sold me a car that someone trade in with a bad engine and acted as if she didn't know! FYI No charity Needed! Honesty would have been nice!

    I never heard of a company wanting the full amount of the vehicle in 10 days after a repo. Life happens and we missed 1 payment. Read your contract people. This whole exchange was a waste of money. Then when they got the vehicle our items were cleaned out and returned well SOME of our stuff. Life happens and its our own fault that we missed the payment but wanting 9000 to get a vehicle back instead of the missed payment and repo fee is crazy. They respond and avoid the stealing accusations. Nice

this person wants to be financed without interest unless you make an agreement to pay in full in 3 months you can't pretend not to be charged interest this is a business not a charity

Before reviewing someone, inform yourself well in the first place, we never financed anything for you, but for your husband, if he did not give you the correct information, it is not our problem, he was late 3 payments, not one, and many notifications were sent home and to the cell before making a repossession to which he never responded and apart from that he was disconnecting the GPS from the vehicle, sufficient reasons for which the vehicle was repossessed.
