This company has done an outstanding job in trying to satisfy my needs in cleaning my expensive wool carpet which was soiled by my dog. Special mention to the tech who has been great with customer service. I would recommend this company definitely use them again.

Very professional on the phone. They were prompt and even called ahead when they were 10 minutes away. Clean and had dry blower to have basement dry up quicker. 1st time I had used them and did not realize such a device existed. Previous company did not have this. Would hire them again next year and would highly recommend them.
