If I could leave zero stars I would. Very disappointed in your company they were asking for too much information, made me go to bank to get a form signed just for an application saying I needed or a voided check etc just too much when they already had my bank info. This was really sketchy Im worried that my info is now out there. All the info I provided just for them to deny me, I spent in hour in their store for absolutely nothing. Terrible service. Dont waste your time. Very unprofessional lousy service. I walked over to Metro in same plaza and got approved for application to lease in 5 minutes I kid you not. They were amazing and gave me so much relief. I would not recommend cricket to anyone. The photo listed below is one of the forms they asked me to go to my bank and have them fill out and sign. Ive never been to a phone carrier that request so much just to lease a phone they are ridiculous. This was very very aggravating and suspicious
