        This is a firm that's about to get Sued By Us for a number of various infractions and Hilton policy violations. Unfortunately its unclear how one can prepare himself in dealing with this very shady company and their unconscionable practices fore all of their employees wear Hilton badges and you think you are dealing with Hilton Most of the time and you are not.... We are going to file With OFR, DOF, DBPR and OIG to initiate various Employee abuse and fraud practice investigations and incorporate this into our legal suit. This company needs to go out of business and not be allowed to masquerade them self's NO MORE.

        Recently I was unable to check into Hotel Indigo Saint Petersburg Downtown because I forgot my ID. I can get over that, but they also refused to refund my reservation. You read that right; they wouldn't let me stay there but still kept my money!
