Rachel, my dental hygienist, was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable the whole time, like I was catching up with an old friend! Dr. Redd is great as well, he was very professional and informative! Can not recommend them enough!! Great office, great staff and the dogs make this an unbeatable experience!

Very positive experience. I came in unhappy (to say the least) with my smile and bite and had them all fixed up in a couple/three weeks. Same-day crowns and gentle staff. I came in really hopeless and was turned around by the upbeat and confident Dr. Redd. Update: still seeing Dr. Redd and the staff, many/most still there, tho' my first hygienist retired and so am on to my second, just as good. I'll mention only that this office is by no means the most convenient for me, but it's worth it.

I am terrified of dental experiences. I finally found a hygienist who is patient, kind and gentle ( Rachel). She performed the most thorough cleaning that I have ever experienced with no pain. Thank you Rachel. I will be back. The office staff is very friendly.

Beware of unscrupulous practices! While waiting for two permanent crowns, I had my teeth cleaned. It was discovered one of my molars had a hairline crack. He convinced me to have a crown done, even though I did not have much money left from my insurance. Thus, I paid several hundred dollars more out of my pocket! Then the insurance company denied his claim. The company stated with their own team of dentists that a crown was completely unnecessary. That Dr Redd could have simply ground that portion of a hairline crack and put in a new filling! Last week I received a letter from his office stating if I do not pay the balance within the next ten days, that they will turn this debt to a collection agency. I am furious! He was completely wrong in his practice. He is forcing me to pay an entire crown work out of my pocket, due to his greed and mistake. I am strongly considering contacting an attorney and pursuing a malpractice lawsuit against him. His practice is greedy for money, due to his lack of correct procedures. Because he is not an in-network provider, he has literally cost me thousands (1000's) of dollars out of my pocket and into his. So, beware of his fake smiles and only suggested treatments.
