I met mr. Bishop Toups at the senior center in Gulfport fl. He was volunteering his time to answer free legal concerns to the seniors at the center. I spoke with him regarding some very important personal issues I had as an 83 year old man. After a short conversation I was very impressed with his profetionalism and knowledge for estate planning, probate trust, medicaid and elder law. Ive acquired his service. He helped me plan every detail regarding estate planning, probate trust and explained medicaid and elder law. He made things easily understood and gave me peace of mind. I was so impressed that I introduced him to my family and friends. The fact that hes an Army lawyer and a veteran supporter made me feel at home.
