I don't know why my husband came to this place but the Flowers were ok my husband had a very bad experience, after coordinating everything by email and text messages (which he has proof) when the time came Nobody knew anything, he told me that when It seems the owner didn't want them to add more roses to the arrangement, a little more kindness and education next time, never this place again

Received the most beautiful flowers back in February. They were the freshest and longest lasting flowers Ive ever received.. Superb customer service and attention to detail.. My husband was very happy with the attention he received and how they took their time to personalize and paid attention to every detail and delivered his vision.. Excellent work!!

I placed an order on the website (including address, card, etc) because they showed availability to deliver on Valentine's Day. At 8:02pm on Feb 13th, I missed a call and had a voicemail saying they need to confirm the last 4 digits of the card and security code. I called back at 8:04pm (2 minutes later) but no one answered so I left a voicemail. The next morning I had not heard back so I tried again but got their voicemail. I tried 10+ times over the next few hours with no luck. I then texted the number, noticing it was going through as an iMessage. Tried calling 20 minutes later and received a text saying Can I call you later?. At that point it was 2:30pm and I was scrambling to figure out if the flowers would be delivered on the actual holiday. Multiple attempts to call again all afternoon but never picked up or called me back from the 4-5 voicemails I left. At 6:25pm, they finally called me saying that they were busy so they didnt have a chance to call earlier. I told them I called 2 minutes after I missed their 8pm call the night before and was told they didnt pick up because it was after hours (yet that didnt seem to matter when they called me that late). In the end, I did not receive my order and had to rush to Publix to at least grab something to give to my wife because they chose to wait until after business hours, on the day of the scheduled delivery, just to get back to me. I know its a busy holiday but do not understand why you provide online ordering, with availability to deliver on the requested date, if you have to then call to confirm the payment method (that was already input when ordering) at 8pm the night before then dont answer the phone. At least have the courtesy to call to let your customer know you wont be fulfilling their order prior to 6:25pm on the evening of the scheduled delivery date.
