Edible Arrangements

I hate to do it but when you buy an Edible Arrangement you expect it to be handles with care. $65 for my mother's birthday arrangement. Melted and ruined!!!

Update- spoke to shehzad at corporate and got a full refund which Chris refused to do. He needs to be retrained in customer service. Go to a different location!!! My family orders edible arrangements multiple times a years for several birthdays/anniversarys- its a little tradition of ours. On my birthday 3/23 I got flowers & a box of chocolate covered strawberries. Unfortunately the flowers were covered in mold, so I couldnt eat the strawberries either. My husband called immediately & was told a manager was not in and to call on monday (when I spoke with Chris the manger today he basically called me a liar & he said he was in all day of Friday- so my guess is he just didnt want to deal with it) I had to call the store 3 times today to even get Chris on the phone. He then told me the only option was to get flowers delivered later the week. Respectfully, the celebration has passed & I do not want to get more food from a place that delivered me moldy flowers in the same box. Chris the manager has horrible customer service, constantly spoke over me, hard to get ahold of & was not accommodating at all. Extremely disappointed and will not be doing service with this location ever again.

My husband always complains that my birthday lasts a week. I had a birthday treat delivered to his work on one day during his birthday week and it was perfect. Highly recommend!
